- Design the Garments
* Choose from our Design Ideas or create your own. Stock Designs are still custom. They will give you a place to start. Pick the colors and add your logos.
* Our Jersey Template. Click to down load. It is in Acrobat PDF. You can print it and draw manually or Use it as a digital template and resubmit to us via disk or email. It opens in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator,Macromedia Freehand and many other vector programs.
* Determine if the jersey will be Identical Art Front / Back or Non Identical Front/ Back. Click on either to view.
* Determine positioning of the logos on the jersey. Remember, logos nearest the collar get the most photo exposure.
* Indicate all logo positions and colors on the Jersey Template. If you don't have a logo, we can design your logo according to the Stock Print Style you choose or you can choose your own font from our font list.
* Color in areas of the jersey to get a better idea of the final product. Try to choose from our stock ink colors or if you need special colors, we can custom mix them for $50 per color.It is best to specify the color with the Pantone Matching System.
* Keep the art identical. When the front and back are identical, your jersey has a more uniform look. It's also less expensive and faster to produce. Of course, we'll gladly accommodate any design you desire.
* If you're designing your jersey on a computer, we can send you a template disk. (See Download above.)Our preferred platform is Macintosh, however we can accept some PC disks. We work in Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop and Corel Draw. It is best to use a "vector" Drawing program with Spot Colors. - Determine The Sizes And Quantities You Need
* Use the custom Teamwear Price List to calculate your cost.
* Stock Designs are still "custom" print jobs. Same prices apply.
* RESERVE A SPOT. Place a 50% Deposit. Don't Be Disappointed.... To do this, estimate the quantity of jerseys needed and the number of colors in the design.
* It takes about 8 weeks to make custom order. We do not start the order without a deposit... We Stay Busy year round.....don't Delay. OK.
* Sizing- American Club fit. We have evolved our fit to be roomier than "european sizing." Simply downsize 1 size to get an "elite" race fit, in most cases.
* Size Samples- We can send you actual jerseys to try on. We Highly suggest you do this.You can request these by email. We will bill for shipping.View Size Chart
* Fabrics-We don't charge extra for high performance fabrics. Our jerseys are made of Euromesh and other great moisture management fabrics. We wouldn't settle for less than the best and you shouldn't either. View Fabric Descriptions


- Complete The Custom Order Form
* Please provide all the information requested so we can ensure you get exactly what you want when you need it.
* Send the cleanest logo art possible, as close to the actual reproduction size or larger. Black and white is best (photocopies may need retouching) and blue ink should be avoided completely. If your logos are not camera-ready, we will need to redraw or type set at a cost of $45 per hour.
* For non-identical fronts and backs, expect to pay more.
* Ink/Colors- We have a huge palette of in stock colors. We can get very close most any color you request...it may not be exact. For an EXACT ink match , add $50 per color for EXACT Pantone and swatch matches.View Ink Palette
* Fluorescent colors are available - add 5% per unit.
* We ship via UPS Ground * * A 50% deposit is required with your order.
- Check The Layout Proof
* After we receive your information, we'll send you a layout proof for your final approval. Check it carefully. Note any corrections, sign it and return it to M&M Sportswear.
* Last minute changes that are not our error may affect delivery and cost. If you have any questions, call us before returning the proof.
* We will confirm your delivery date after we receive your information, deposit, and an approved layout proof.
