This method of printing should be familiar to all, it’s used on most athletic garments and t-shirts that are decorated. We direct screen print using these inks on polyester, cotton, nylon or any combination of the for mentioned. These inks are available in a wide selection of colors and four-color process inks. Speciality inks are also available such as glitters, puff, chromatic and fluorescent. We have capabilities of printing these inks up to 22x28” which will cover most body panels. When using these inks we are careful not to restrict the air flow of the fabric we are printing on. We recommend that the designs being printed allow the garment to breath. This method is the least expensive and most widely used in the screen printing industry. We will print on as few as a dozen jerseys using these inks. Stock colors include black, white, gray, kelly green, yellow, light gold, orange, red, dark red (maroon), navy blue, columbia blue, royal blue and purple. Custom colors available at an additional charge.

These inks are all-aqueous and contain no solvents. The pigments are dispersed in water and applied using our screen printing process. Once the water is evaporated the pigment dyes remain. We use this process on our 100% white cotton garments. We can all over print the garment and not restrict the garment from breathing or reduce the comfort and feel of cotton. Many colors are available, we prefer not to print fluorescent. Stock colors include black, white, gray, kelly green, yellow, light gold, orange, red, dark red (maroon), navy blue, columbia blue, royal blue and purple. Custom colors available at an additional charge.

Sublimation or dye sub inks are screen printed. The process is different from plastisol and water based inks because we print on paper first. Once the paper is printed the dyes are released on to the fabric using high heat. This process currently must be done using a high content of synthetic fibers in the fabric the dye is being transferred to. Once the process is completed, the design will not wash out or fade and has no feel or “hand.” This is the most expensive printing method we offer but if money is no object and synthetic fabrics are desirable, this may be the way to go. These inks are available in a wide selection of colors. The normal lead time for sublimination printing is 4-8 weeks, depending on time of year and quantity. Stock colors include black, white, forest green, kelly green, lime green, yellow, light gold, orange, red, brown, columbia blue, royal blue, navy blue, purple and gray. Custom colors available at an additional charge.
